Tuesday September 8th - Day 2

Buongiorno, Italia! Upon arrival in Rome, you’ll board your private coach and head south to Naples, a city bursting with life, flavor, and soul. After checking into your beautiful accommodations at the Gold Tower Lifestyle Hotel, unwind and refresh before our Welcome Dinner at Mama Eat—a vibrant restaurant known for its inclusive menu and unbeatable Neapolitan classics. It’s the perfect setting to toast to new friends and the days ahead. (D)

Wednesday Sept 9th - Day 3

This morning we travel along the stunning Amalfi Coast, where cliffs plunge into the sapphire sea and lemon trees line the roads. First stop: the hilltop haven of Ravello. Explore lush gardens, historic villas, and panoramic terraces. Enjoy lunch at a local gem perched high above the coastline. In the afternoon, descend to the colorful cliffside village of Positano, where pastel homes tumble toward the beach. You’ll have free time to explore boutiques, enjoy a spritz by the water, or dip your feet into the Mediterranean. Return to Naples this evening with a heart full of beauty. (B, L)

Thursday Sept 10th - Day 4

How will you spend your day? Choose to explore Naples at your own pace—perhaps visit a local art museum, sample espresso in the historic district, or relax with a book in the piazza. Or join us for an optional excursion to the Isle of Capri, where sea caves and stunning cliffs await. Glide across the water by boat, stroll the upscale shops of Anacapri, or take the chairlift to Monte Solaro for panoramic views. However you spend the day, Italy’s magic surrounds you. (B)

Friday September 11th - Day 5

Today we time travel to Pompeii, the once-thriving Roman city frozen in time by Mount Vesuvius. With a professional guide, explore the haunting ruins—stone streets, ancient villas, and frescoes that speak to lives lived long ago. Later, we return to Naples and roll up our sleeves for a hands-on pizza making class. Learn from a local pizzaiolo how to make authentic Neapolitan pizza—then eat your delicious creation, of course! A fun, flavorful day that blends history and heart. (B)

Saturday September 12th - Day 6

After breakfast, we travel north to Italy’s iconic capital—Rome. Step back in time as we visit the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and other unforgettable landmarks with a local expert who brings history to life. Enjoy lunch in the heart of the city before checking into your stylish hotel, Dharma Luxury Suites. This evening is yours—find a trattoria near the Trevi Fountain, wander cobbled lanes, or simply people-watch in a bustling piazza. (B, L)

Sunday September 13th - Day 7

This morning, choose your own pace. Relax and explore Rome or join our optional guided Vatican tour, where you’ll see the awe-inspiring Sistine Chapel, St. Peter’s Basilica, and masterpieces of Renaissance art. Later, savor the city with free time to shop or sightsee, then regroup this evening for a magical rooftop dinner overlooking Rome’s skyline. Watch the sun dip below the domes and spires while enjoying a gourmet Italian meal. (B, D)

Monday September 14th - Day 8

Trade city streets for cypress trees as we journey into the golden hills of Tuscany. Along the way, we’ll stop at a boutique winery for a tasting of local wines and olive oils. Then, continue to our countryside retreat: Borgo Casabianca, a stunning villa nestled in the hills of Asciano. Tonight, a chef-curated dinner on property welcomes you to the tranquil rhythms of Tuscany. Relax with a glass of red wine, gaze at the stars, and feel time slow down. (B, D)

Tuesday September 15th - Day 9

This morning we visit the medieval town of Montepulciano, famous for its wine, views, and charming piazzas. Wander the narrow streets, shop for artisan goods, or sip espresso in a hilltop café. Then, head to the acclaimed Icario Winery for a tour and al fresco lunch paired with Vino Nobile. With its minimalist architecture and bold wines, this experience is a highlight of any Tuscan escape. Wednesday September 16th - Day 10

A beautiful final day begins with a hands-on Tuscan cooking class, where you’ll learn to prepare regional specialties using fresh, local ingredients.

After enjoying the fruits of your labor for lunch, we head to Castello di Verrazzano—a renowned winery in Chianti Classico territory. Tour the historic wine cellars, enjoy a tasting, and toast to a trip well spent. (B, L)

Thursday September 17th - Day 11

Today we journey to Siena, one of Tuscany’s most beloved towns. Join a local guide for a walking tour through the medieval streets, see the famous Piazza del Campo, and learn about the town’s unique Palio horse race tradition. Enjoy time for lunch and exploration before heading back to the resort. Tonight is free to enjoy the peaceful countryside—perhaps with a nightcap under the stars. Back at the resort, we gather for a farewell dinner filled with laughter, reflection, and wine-fueled toasts to new friends and unforgettable memories. (B, D)

Friday September 18th - Day 12

This morning we make our way back to Rome for afternoon departures. As you board your flight home, your suitcase may be heavier—but your heart is undoubtedly fuller. This was more than a vacation—it was an experience that will stay with you forever. (B)
