Nebraska FBLA students are headed to Washington, D.C., for the 2026 National Fall Leadership Conference, ready to learn, connect, and grow alongside student leaders from across the country! Through engaging workshops, inspiring speakers, and valuable networking opportunities, students will strengthen their leadership skills while exploring new possibilities for their futures.

And the best part? Excite is handling all the logistics, including round-trip flights from Omaha, private motorcoach transportation, hotel accommodations at the official conference hotel, and Excite staff on site, making the entire experience organized and stress-free for students and advisors.

Beyond the conference, students will experience the nation’s capital illuminated during a memorable evening tour of Washington’s iconic monuments and landmarks. Schools can also extend the adventure with an optional additional day featuring a tour of either the White House or U.S. Capitol, a visit to the International Spy Museum, dinner, and free time to explore the city!

Day 1 – Welcome to Washington, D.C.

Your leadership journey begins as we board our flight to the nation's capital, Washington, D.C.! Upon arrival, settle in and get acquainted with fellow Nebraska FBLA members before enjoying an included welcome dinner. Tonight starts NFLC with the Opening Session! (D)

Day 2 – National Fall Leadership Conference

Today is dedicated to learning, leadership, and inspiration as you participate in the National Fall Leadership Conference. Join thousands of FBLA members from across the country for engaging workshops, keynote speakers, networking opportunities, and sessions designed to help you grow as a student leader and future business professional. Throughout the day, you'll gain valuable insights, develop new skills, and build connections that can last a lifetime. As the sun sets, experience the magic of our capital city illuminated against the night sky during a memorable evening tour featuring many of Washington's iconic monuments and landmarks. It's the perfect introduction to the city where history, leadership, and opportunity come together.

Day 3 – Final Sessions & Journey Home

Enjoy a final morning of conference programming as the National Fall Leadership Conference concludes around midday. After one last opportunity to learn, connect, and be inspired, we'll make our way to the airport for our flight back to Nebraska. You'll return home with new ideas, fresh perspectives, and memories of an unforgettable leadership experience in our nation's capital.
