Excite Experiences

Weird did enjoy ourselves, however a little change in itinerary each year would be nice. Lauritzen was disappointing this year, I told our friends how awesome it would be and as half of it was, not 1 decoration in the greenhouse side. 

Classic Omaha Christmas 2025

I enjoyed all 4 museums. Diner was delicious and the play outstanding. Old market okay. I wish more stores had been open.

I had a great time.  I loved all the Christmas trees and lights. It was  nice to connect with old 
friends and make new friends.

Meet new people, traveled around with no issues to check out amazing Christmas venues. Lunch at Trini’s was great. Charleston’s was fantastic. The Christmas Carol play was magnificent. The cookie 🍪 and loaf 🍞 of bread were a special touch. Thank you to all who make these tours possible. 😊

We had a great time.  Very well planned.  Very personable guides and so fun!  Our bus driver was very nice and a very skilled driver.  The stops were very impressive and was fun to have a variety of sights.  The food was great at Charlestons and service there was amazing.  Would highly recommend Excite trips and experiences to family and friends.  

Overall the trip was enjoyable.  A foot tour of NYC in the rain last Tuesday was annoying.
I have done a couple trips with excite this year and there are two things that run consistently in their tours.
They schedule events very heavily and sometimes there is not enough free time .  
I also find that aside from the welcome and goodbye dinners the food isn’t great.  
The hotel was very nice and in a great location.  However there was only one lobby elevator in a 17 story building which caused massive delays. The hotel didn’t have any food service aside from two vending machines,
The trip was overwhelming for me because it was all walking and I have a bad knee.  It was my choice to go but I was unable to complete all of the tours.

It was great having two tour guides.  It felt much more organized.
Everyone at excite is friendly and easy to talk to. Stefanie was an excellent addition to the excite.  She helped me out greatly!

Christmas in NYC 2025

Fall in New England was a wonderful trip! Being able to fly into New York City and home from Burlington, Vermont, was great. Mark was a very organized and energetic guide and was our fearless leader through so many sites and excursions. We were always tired at the end of our day! Mark kept us informed and did double time, helping us off the bus, getting us water, and loading and unloading our luggage. He was so positive and made our trip awesome. We experienced true city driving, which was definitely a challenge at times for the driver and for the passengers - it made us grateful to be out in the open and appreciate Husker game day traffic. It was so cool that Mark documented our trip with a boatload of photos. We highly recommend Mark as a guide and Excite Experiences to plan and facilitate our future trips. KC Chiefs Weekend 2025

We had a great time! The shows were very good and food excellent. I thought maybe it was just me until I heard several other women commenting on the bed height. Way too high for us vertically challenged people! Perhaps holiday inn could provide step stools. That would be more helpful than ottoman. The guides and bus driver were excellent!!

NE Premium Branson Christmas 2025

We had a great time. The food and accommodations great. Touring the Anheuser Busch Facilities was our highlight of this tour. We so enjoyed Robert as our Coach driver, he always does an excellent job. As for our Tour Guide, Clifford, he was amazing, he was easy to connect with and Thank God he thought to bring movies when we were stuck on the interstate for 2+ hours. His card game of Bingo was fun also. All around it was an amazing trip.

I had such a great time on this trip!  The travel guides, Chris and Bill were fantastic!  They went above and beyond to make sure everybody had a wonderful time.  From our tours to our accommodations to our meals.  There was a glitch with my flight from one island to the next.  Chris jumped in and took care of every detail.  Her total attention was making sure things were straightened out.   I had no stress with the problem.  Chris made sure of that.  The tour included so many interesting sights that would have been hard to accomplish on my own.
I had visited with a woman that was touring the island.  She had talked about how much work she went through trying to see the sights and was failing miserably at it.  I told her of the sights we had seen and she said she wished she could have done it with our tour group.
It was the first time I had ever gone with a tour but I hope it will not be the last!

Hawaii Luxury Three Island Tour November 2025

We had a great time on this trip. Brian and Robert were great. Everything went off like clockwork and the food was outstanding. The weather was really good for this time of year which made the trip even better.  Very much enjoyed Dollywood with its thousands of Christmas lights. Our fellow bus mates were fun and it seemed like everyone was having a good time.

We loved this trip. It has been on my bucket list for years and it was everything I hoped for. Bill and Chris were our host couple and they made us feel right at home and welcome. 

This trip was so much fun!  I’ve wanted to see Nashville for a long time and this trip fit the bill!  Tour guide Cliff and driver Robert were fun, friendly, and accommodating!  The lodging was very comfortable, the stops long enough to get in a few steps to stretch, and the meals very good!  We opted to wander through the Opryland Resort instead of going to the Grand Ole Opry performance.  The resort was breathtaking and incredible.  I’d recommend everyone experience it at least once!  We’ll be traveling with Excite in the future!

Robert, our driver, and Brian, our guide, were wonderful!  Over all, the trip was great, however, you should put in your brochures that there are MANY steps with no elevators so people will be prepared.  I, for one, cannot do multiple steps, plus we had a gentleman that was in a wheelchair, leaving us out on a lot of the tours.  Also, ALL DAY AT DOLLYWOOD is too much!!!  About 4 hrs of it is a plenty!!  The food was delicious and accommodations were good.  Absolutely loved the Belle Meade plantation and winery and the Biltmore/winery tour s were fantastic!!!!

It was a fabulous trip!  Great driver, Robert, and tour leader, Brian as well as fellow travelers.   I'll be keeping in contact with a couple of them.  
The destinations were wonderful and the "extra stops" really added to the trip.  The wine tastings, especially after the gold mine, were great as was the chocolate factory.

One suggestion would be to have text messages for times and where to meet up each day for those of us who are easilyoverwhelmed by the sights.  I will be buying a pocket atlas to follow our routes on future trips.

A very enjoyable experience. Saw so much, had perfect weather, delicious food, and met a lot of nice people on the trip. Brian was an attentive guide, making sure everyone was safe and well cared for. Lots of great memories were made!

This trip was fantastic due to Chris and Bill. They are the greatest tour guides I had ever had.  They made sure they did not leave anyone behind. They counted us 20 times a day, to make sure they didn’t leave anyone. I booked a trip again with them due to how much they wanted to make sure we had a great time. Overall good trip…lunch was very early however and then no opportunity to get any real food till we got home at 830 pm….maybe organize the trip with lunch a little later and a late afternoon stop to get something other than ice cream🤨

Mystery Tour #2 2025

Unfortunately, I missed the trip because I had an accident and I hurt my foot. Please confirm that I will get a credit for the next trip.

This was a great way to experience the National Parks in Utah.  The perks of bus travel enhanced our experience as driving, planning, on-board entertainment were all part of the tour.  Our tour guide and driver kept everything on track and enjoyable.  Would recommend to anyone wanting to take in the beauty of these great parks.


NE Southwest National Parks Tour 2025

Had a great time. Loved the landscape. 
Would of liked stopping a 4 corners since we drove by it.  Jama was great and enjoyed the fellow travelers. 



 

I did not enjoy this trip. It did not seem well planned. Too much focus on sugar. We didn't even tour Palmer's candies as it was a Saturday, so it was just a candy shopping frenzy. To follow that up with a stop at Blue Bunny was quite excessive on the sugar load.
It was not a fun or "mysterious" experience.
I didn't care for our tour guide either. I felt like we were her kindergarten class.  
I did enjoy the other passengers, and visiting with them. A very nice group of folks.


It was fun day on the mustery tour everything was organized and Terri the bus driver did a great job getting us to all of the stop on the mystery tour and I been to two place before on this trip and  2 stop it was my first time going there. 

Great sites!  Great tour; well planned.

Would suggest more information about restaurants before dropping us off.  Leave out the R rated movie on the bus.

KS Southwest National Parks Tour 2025

We had a great time!  Comfortable hotels, great food, a great guide and driver. Exceeded our expectations. 

I had a great time.  The food was great and the people were nice.  

The SW National Parks itinerary is enjoyable every step of the journey. My first trip with Excite was in March of 2025 to Hawaii which I call a top 5 trip.   My last trip of 2025 with Excite was to Ireland and again an incredible  top 5 trip.  The Delphi Lodge was such a welcoming and healing place and it felt so comfortable it was like being home.  The staff was so warm that you felt like you had been friends for years.  Walking along the lake, the stream and a small waterfall along the trail was so peaceful.  The Irish are so kind and welcoming.  I felt very comfortable there and could easily stayed there for a week.   Every place we visited was so amazing and the food was so delicious everywhere.    All of the towns  are unique and the mountains were so beautiful. I enjoyed it so much I may go again.    This was my 6th trip with Excite this year and they were all unique and wonderful.  More to come in 2026......

Ireland 2025

we had a beautiful experience from beginning to end with this southwest trip! Our guide and our bus driver took care of absolutely everything we needed. The accommodations were fabulous. Every experience was magical. The restaurants were fantastic. The bus ride was comfortable. We loved every moment of it. I have already booked two more vacations!

This was our first trip with Excite - and both our director and driver on board were excellent!!  Planning was great - hotels were great.  This was our first visit to the Balloon Fiesta and we enjoyed it greatly!!  That was due in large part to the direction from the tour director and driver and their planning.  Would highly recommend both this specific trip as well as Excite!!

Magnolia Markets Fall 2025

Trip was great. Smooth travel. Nice hotels. Super bus service to the event. Interesting side trips. All in all- well worth it.  Should be on everyone’s bucket list.

We had a great time.  Everyone should experience this festival at least once it is amazing.  Great people, good food and great accommodations.  Bill and Chris were fantastic guides.  Thank you Excite for a great experience.

NE Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta 2025

Love this bus tour company.  They are efficient and organized.   You can call them and you actually talk to a person.  They listen to your suggestions and needs, and have a lot of patience.
This trip was perfect.  The only thing I would change is the trip to Santa Fe.  The shopping mall was mainly expensive Santa Fe gold jewelry stores.  
Liked driving by the bar where the movie Wild Hogs was filmed.  Madrid looked like a cute little town with little shops that would have been nice to stop & see.
Heard a lot of complaints about the Element Hotel in Lone Tree, Co.
The Balloon Fiesta was amazing.  It's a very big event with many wonderful volunteers helping out.
Thanks for the once in a life time trip.

We had so much fun! 4 of us went together & enjoyed the whole day. Learned a lot about cheese making & got to taste great samples. The chocolate place was amazing & so many sample with info about each. Yum. The winery was in a scenic area. Samples were helpful to know what each had in it & decide which I likes best. Wonderful, fun trip. 

Wine Cheese Chocolate Tour 2025

We had a great time.  Each stop was wonderful.  Our tour guides, Sue and Alyssa, were great and Louis, the driver, gave us the red carpet experience.  I’d highly recommend this trip to others.

Large group and guides kept track of all of us. Excite made sure each of us was accommodated . Great trip put together . Buses are never comfortable but like having someone else drive 🤗

We had an awesome experience. Well planned and executed! The trip was enhanced by the driver and tour guide’s personal touches and expertise.

The trip to the balloon fiesta was fabulous—that event definitely exceeded expectations!  Food and accommodations were great and everyone was very friendly!  Loved having the opportunity to go other places, as well.  Thoroughly enjoyed the Pueblo Museum and the Garden of the Gods!  The bus ride was long, but the driver was great and made stops every 2-3 hours to stretch your legs and take a break.  Our tour guide, Carrie,  was wonderful!  She always had a smile on her face and was so much fun to be around! Will likely be booking another Excite trip next year!

This is the third Excite tour I’ve taken this year, and as all the others, this trip was outstanding.

We had a great time on the tour overall.
Things you may consider especially when dealing with older folks is a rest day or 1/2 day to catch up.  O530 to 7:30 pm + or - is a long day.  Six days in a row a bit much.  Travel was great Hosts/guides were outstanding and made the travel fun.
Elemental Hotel did not meet my expectations, shower door was broke, floors were dirty.  However the staff was great, breakfasts very good.
One exception is my wife left a blouse in the bathroom on the last day and the Hotel staff won’t respond to our calls!
Some of the eating establishments weren’t conducive to communication and having good conversations.
Food was okay but back to back Italian not so good.
All the restaurant staff was great and service outstanding.
Facilities were tight and a back room private area would be better suited to this type of group.
Again I would travel with this group anywhere!
Bus driver was a little odd but a phenomenal driver! 😉😅
The festival tent was awesome, staff were again very friendly and accommodating.
Can’t say enough good things about Bill and Chris, they went out of the way to accommodate my wife’s walking issues, while making it a fun trip!
For our first time experience tour bussing we’ll do some things different if we try it again.

I have had a wonderful sales career with a foreign chemical company and have traveled all the states and a number of foreign countries during those years. A couple of suggestions: If the bus has a bathroom, it should be used, not for emergency use only. The bus should be ""cleaned up at the end of each day. The noise level for mature people was off the chart at the  ""Yard ". The presentation of the food was excellent. Unfortunately, we don't eat presentation, we eat 'food'. I have never eaten such "chewy" french fries. The 'medium" hamburger must have been too close to the propane burner of a hot air balloon. Needlessly to say, totally over cooked and too dry to eat. I had to ask for my iced tea 3 times before getting it. Most "farewell " or last main meal is a nice quiet, cozy private room to live, laugh, love and be happy!! This kind of atmosphere creates a warm coming together of all the people attending, new friends, contact info trading, where next, etc , etc All positive conversations!! It was difficult to hear the person sitting next me. Impossible to hear anyone from the other side of the table. We were treated more like a herd of cattle. I traveled Denver for over 20 years. Believe me, there are some "fine" quiet places. that serve good food all over that beautiful city. The last sit down meal is two things: 1. A summary of all the fun and excitement we've enjoyed the past few days. 2. Where and when are we going next!! Group psychology at it's best!!. Selling your Alaska, new Ireland tours, other tours, etc , etc . A warm bonding and togetherness feeling. You. missed your best opportunity for new business at this noisy impossible location. DAYS 3 &amp; 4 | CROSSING THE DRAKE PASSAGELegendary for its high winds and rolling seas, you may get lucky and have surprisingly calm seas through the Drake Passage. Spend your time in the lounge or chatting with your fellow travelers. As you gain your sea legs during the crossing, our Expedition Team will begin their series of presentations to help prepare you for your upcoming Zodiac and land excursions. You officially enter Antarctica when your ship crosses the Antarctic Convergence, a biological boundary thatfluctuates around 60° south. DAYS 5–8 | SOUTH SHETLAND ISLANDS AND ANTARCTIC PENINSULAThe most common reaction upon reaching the 7th Continent is a sense of reverence and awe. The experience is beyond words, since few places are as untouched and enduring as Antarctica.You will begin to appreciate why this region has long captivated the attention of explorers and travelers alike. Every time we visit Antarctica, we witness something new or unexpected, which means that your expedition will be unlike any other—creating a unique, personal experience. Each day, you will take Zodiac excursions from the ship to explore glaciated bays, channels and landing sites. Your Expedition Team will take care of you at each landing, whether you are hiking the Antarctic landscape, visiting a research station or consorting with chinstrap, Adélie and gentoo penguins, all of which can be found here. Keep an eye out for Weddell, fur, crabeater andleopard seals as well as curious whales, such as humpbacks, minkes, or perhaps orcas while on a Zodiac cruise. DAYS 9 &amp; 10 | CROSSING THE DRAKE PASSAGEThe journey back across the Drake Passage provides final opportunities to enjoy the crisp Antarctic air Spend time on the deck, watching for seabirds and scouting for whales, enjoy presentations by your Expedition Team and celebrate the experiences shared exploring Antarctica. DAY 11 | DISEMBARK IN USHUAIAYou will arrive in Ushuaia in the morning and disembark after breakfast.
